Return/Exchange Request Process:

• You have 15 days from the date of delivery to fill the return/exchange request form.
• Kindly proceed to send the product back to our studio after filling the form. We will not be able to assist you with any information regarding returns or exchange on Instagram DM or any other email or contact number apart from the one mentioned on this page.

Important Notes:

• We cannot arrange a return pickup for you unless you have received a damaged or wrong product.
• Products purchased during any sale are non-refundable. You can only exchange them with another product or request a coupon code of the same value you paid.
• The to-and-fro courier cost for returns will be borne by you.
• Refunds will be initiated only for the total amount paid for the products and not shipping, if any.
• Exchange will be provided with a unique code once we receive the returned order at our studio. Only the value paid for the product returned will be provided, excluding shipping if applicable.
• Refunds may take up to 20 working days upon receiving your order back at our studio. Allow 10 days from the delivery date for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
• Refunds/bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders/online payments made on our website. COD orders will receive a coupon code worth the same amount as the product value.
• Please return products unused and in the same condition as received. Used or damaged products will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
